What It Is:
The Coping Skills Workbook is a book that teaches what coping skills they can use when they are upset, and reminds them of their coping skills in the moment.
What you nee
A Word document application that you can print from
Digital pictures to add to your workbook
A printer
Printer Paper
How To Make It:
Open up new, blank document
Pick a font, font size, and color for your title, and write, "Coping Skills Workbook"
Pick a font, font size, and color, and write "name" and make a line for their name
Write (1 to a page) the name of the coping skill, and add pictures
*OPTIONAL* Make a page where your child will write down a new coping skill, and make a picture for it
